12/14/15:

We started off the day by heading to the big stadium in Santo Domingo, Estadio Quisqueya, where we played Tigres Del Licey, one of the oldest and most respected teams in the Dominican. It was a very good game with great pitching and defense. The Tigres came out on top 4-1.

After the game we ate lunch in the stands and then took a tour of the oldest European settlement in the New World, founded in 1502. We visited a fortress and were even able to view the building where Christopher Columbus was buried. At the end of the tour we stopped by an antique market to look around and purchase various items.
