After defeating the Policia National team on Saturday, the Colonels enjoyed a day off at the Punta Cana beach on Sunday. There were plenty of things to do at the beach, including Bar-B-Q and sand volleyball. The guys were also able to take a Catamaran boat tour of the island. After a bus ride back to the resort, the team enjoyed a nice American-style buffet.

On Monday, Nicholls will be back in action against Tigres Del Licey. The team will play at one of the nicest parks in the Dominican Republic - Estadio Quisqueya. Justin Sinibaldi will get the starting nod and lead the Colonels from the mound. Tomorrow will be good competition for the team, since many of Licey's athletes play for professional clubs. After tomorrow's game, Nicholls will visit a local orphanage, then take a Colonial Zone tour, exploring the area where Christopher Columbus landed in December of 1492. Keep in touch for updates of the Colonels in action!
