THIBODAUX, La. – Tickets for the Colonel Athletic Association's Seafood Extravaganza presented by Rouses Markets set for May 30 in the Bollinger Memorial Student Union Ballroom is sold out.

With a little under two weeks until the big event, the organization, which aims to raise funds for the department and student-athlete scholarships, has sold its allotment of table space and tickets for the fundraiser for the first time in its over ten year history.

“Our goal was to completely sell out the event, which we were able to do two weeks in advance,” CAA director Brandon Ruttley said. “In the 14 year history of the Extravaganza, we have never had over 350 people attend in a single year and the amount of support that our local businesses, alumni and donors have shown us this year has been tremendous.”
