Nicholls football had 34 players named to the fall commissioner's list
FRISCO, Texas. – The Nicholls State University football team had 34 student-athletes named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll, announced the league office on Wednesday.
Of the 34 on the list, four players –
Hayden Cardiff,
Jordan Hanberry,
Ben Landry and
Andrew Wynn – registered a perfect 4.0 grade point average in the fall. In order to qualify for the commissioner's list, a student-athlete must have a 3.0 GPA for the semester.
Earlier this year, Nicholls had five players make the Southland All-Academic Team, which tied Northwestern State for most in the conference. The Colonels who were honored were

Josh Hanberry and
Landry Klann.
