Ryan Bruno plays catch with students at Napoleonville Primary Elementary
THIBODAUX – Several members of the Nicholls State University football program recently visited students at Napoleonville Primary Elementary who were being rewarded for their good behavior and grades.
Along with playing games with the students, the players and coaches spoke to the children about being a good person, listening to their teachers and the importance of doing well in school.
“This was a great opportunity for our young men to interact with the local community and provide an important message to these students,” Nicholls football head coach Charlie Stubbs said. “I know we enjoyed the experience as much as the students did.”
